Campsite in Ellensburg

THERE IS NO APT. OR HOUSE! ONLY OPEN SPACE! It is water, power, and sewer for YOUR trailer. This two acre property of ours abuts to the John Wayne Trail and looks North to Mission Ridge and the Stuart Range. Spacious yard with lots of wildlife... deer, rabbits, hawks, voles, magpies, robins... lots of tranquil green space. Your entrance door to your RV or Trailer will face North, and though you are in the country. RV hookup is 30 amp... sorry, no 50 amp available. The space This space is not adequate to have a tent pitched. Please understand... it's an open space for YOUR RV, or trailer. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom is what you bring yourself. This is called a "full hookup" in KOA Campground lingo. They will charge you $70 per night just for power and water. Plus, you'll have many neighbors. Here, there's us and nature... quiet, convenient, beautiful. In winter, everyone cross country skis. Now, jogging, biking, and horse riding are the only traffic you'll be exposed to. Guest access Convenient driveway leads to hookup, plenty of parking if you can detach a towed car behind an RV. Lots of space to position a towed trailer and then park separately. 3rd avenue connects directly to downtown Ellensburg. Super picturesque spot, especially convenient. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE! Airbnb requires me to list bedrooms, bathrooms, hot water, parking, etc. It is ONLY a space for a trailer or RV. No tents, no sleeping bags on the grass under the stars.
