The property opens into a lovely large living and dining room with two sash windows. There is plenty of seating for up to eight guests. On this floor is a well equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer and washing machine. On the second floor is the bunk room that sleeps three and a room next door with a king size bed and large wardrobe and TV. On this floor is a large family bathroom with both glass walk in shower and separate roll-top bath. The third floor is in the eves with beautiful feature beams. It is composed of a large bedroom with king-size bed, TV and adjoining dressing room with vanity table, shelves for storage and hanging rail. This property has a lovely balcony that you can access from the landing, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Parking will be in Manvers Street Carpark just opposite the property. Guest access Guests can park in the car park opposite the property (Manvers Street car park). Parking is charged from £18 per day. We recommend visiting by train, with the station only a 5 minute walk away from the property. Other things to note Please note that the property is two flights above a restaurant. As it’s a city centre location close to shops, bars and restaurants there is a possibility of noise from the streets below.
