Spacious 5 bedroom property adjoining a family run bar& restaurant located outside Belnaleck village which hosts local amenities. We are in a scenic rural area only 7 miles from the bustling vibrant island town of Enniskillen situated on Lough Erne. It is also located less than 10 mins drive from many famous Co Fermanagh attractions including the Stairway to Heaven Culcaigh Boardwalk, Marble Arch Caves and National Trust properties. Activities located within the county to suit all ages. The space Fully equipped two storey self catering accommodation with all you need to feel home from home. Bed linen and towels are provided. All bedrooms are situated upstairs along with the main bathroom. One bedroom has an ensuite. There is a dining area, kitchen and living room. Central heating is also installed and set on a timer. There is a balcony situated on the top floor which is surrounded by secure railings and can be accessed through a lockable door. Residents must be vigilant when using this area. As the property is adjoining a family run bar & restaurant guests may be aware that noise can sometimes filter through if functions are being held. Please note the double beds can also be changed to singles to accommodate guests if this is a requirement. Guest access Guests will have the full accommodation to themselves with entry via the front door only. There is a free public carpark at the front of property with CCTV on the Exterior ONLY. Vehicles are parked at the owners' own risk. We do not accept any liability in the event of any damage caused. Due to the rural location cars are an essential mode of transport although taxis are available from Enniskillen 7miles away. Other things to note Ideal location for breaks for all ages with lots of activities nearby to keep everyone entertained. The local village Bellnaleck has a marina, park, jetty and nature walks in the area to avail off. A unique added bonus to this property is the adjoining family run local bar & restaurant. Guests can purchase the freshly cooked food which is served daily 12.30pm-3pm. This is a unique feature to have a bar so close and may suit groups of friends/family visiting. If you wish to celebrate a special occasion we can discuss this with you as functions can be hosted in the bar/restaurant-this can be checked before booking if you have any queries and would be at an additional cost. Strictly no pets allowed on property and only the number of persons booked for will be accepted. The property is strictly Non Smoking. There is a shared garden area towards the back of the property which has a small shallow stream at the bottom of it.
