Description

Very nicely located apartment between mountains and sea in the hinterland of Nice within the nature park 'Préalpes d'Azur' away from the tourist hustle and bustle with great views and countless excursion options on the Côte d'Azur. The space This is what your vacation can look like: - After a real French breakfast with café au lait and croissant on the cozy balcony terrace with a relaxed view of the picturesque village of Le-Bar-sur-Loup, you have the choice to enjoy the day as you like: - You will discover medieval mountain villages, such as the famous artist village of St. Paul de Vence or Gourdon (was awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in France) and enjoy the view from the quiet hinterland of the Côte d'Azur to the sea. - Or you can get carried away by the coastal hustle and bustle and have sun, beach and sea on the Côte d'Azur, enjoy fun, culture and the full life in cities such as Nice, Cannes and Monaco. - You can take tours by car, motorcycle, mountain bike or racing bike through the solitude of the nature of the Sea Alps. - In the 3 km nearby Gorges-du-Loup you can refresh yourself with guided canyoning tours or just walk a few kilometers into the gorge and cool off after the picnic in the fresh mountain stream. - Of course, you can also spend the day under the parasol with a good book and an ice-cold rosé on the balcony terrace and listen to the cicadas. - In the evening you cook something nice and end the day with a good red wine, French cheese and olives in a warm summer night and the crickets chirp for you. - If you want to have more 'action' in the evening, go really chic French food (we have great tips for you) or plunge into the nightlife of Juan les Pins. ********** Key data of the apartment (all freshly renovated, finished since March 2013): - 60 sqm with large living area, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of 5 people - Pool (2.5 x 4 m, 1.5 m deep) for shared use with large lounger area - Large living room with dining table, sofa, TV, stereo and open kitchen - Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, espresso machine, oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster, water filter, water bubbler, spices and mountain views while cooking - Very chic bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and nice guest toilet with sink - Balcony terrace with wooden furniture and huge parasol, Wi-Fi also on the terrace ;-) - Wi-Fi is of course free - Almost 20 m balcony on two sides of the house (area approx. 30 sqm) - Parking directly by the house - Linens and towels are provided for you, please bring beach sheets - Cleaning utensils and vacuum cleaners are available - For winter guests: cozy, warm underfloor heating - Hot water and heating via solar thermal energy.
