Our goal is to assure your best quality stay, with full convience possible, and to make you comfortable like at home! The space The completely renewed apartment in a tenement house, which has been built in the 50s of 20th century, as a part of Warsaw reconstruction plan. The building is clean and of a solid bricks’ construction that guarantees restful and quiet stay. Apartment is 33 square meters, and is convenient for up to 4 guest. The BEDROOM is equipped with one big bed with 2 cabinets and lamps, sofa bed, 43 inches TV, working table with chair, wardrobe and a table. The separated and sizable KITCHEN encourages for relaxing at a comfortable table and preparation of meals. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, kettle, a big refrigerator, freezer, as well as complete set of forks, dishes and pots. A practical BATHROOM, besides the shower toilet and sink, is equipped with the washing machine. A dryer, iron and ironing board are to be found in the kitchen. Guest access The apartment is located in the calm central area of Warsaw, at Ogrodowa (Garden) street, just next to pedestrian area of Chłodna street and Elektoralna street with plenty of cafes and restaurants. On the back-side of the building is a small green square with sitting banks, which gives a feeling of a hidden cosy little park. TRANSPORTATION Numerous tram lines are available at 5 min walking, and allow to arrive to any place in the city in a very short time (ex. Royal Castle and old town - 4min, Central Rail Station - 5min). Metro stops are available at 12 min walk (line 2), and 14 min walk (line 1). AREA The surroundings of our apartment are well known as a new office district, with many new buildings, including most prestigious skyscrapers of Warsaw, such as Warsaw Spire, q22, Rondo 1 or Warsaw Trade Tower, occupied by plentiful international companies. SIGHTSEEING The location is also perfect as the sightseeing basis, allowing to access by walking distance the famous museum of Warsaw Appraisal - 15min, Saski Park - 15 min, Grzybowski Square (historical Jewish neighbourhood) - 12 min, Royal Castle and old town - 24min, and other most visited touristic places of Warsaw. EATING The apartment is surrounded by top class restaurant at any taste, as well as a big choice of reasonable priced restaurants, with traditional Polish cuisine, Hungarian, Italian, French, Uzbek, American, Japanese and many more around the place. From the apartment you easily access multiple nightclubs and bars located in the neighbourhood, with some of them just around the corner. SHOPPING The place is also located 7min walk to most know typical Warsaw bazaar - Hala Mirowska, and is surrounded by plenty of small shops, bakeries, supermarkets. Every Wednesday and Saturdays there is an ecological market (BioBazar) in the old Norblin Factory, 10min walking from the apartment. PARKING There are many parking spots available on the street, there is no problem to find a parking place at any time of the day and a week. Other things to note The check-in time is 15:00 during normal week days and at 15:30 on Friday. Check-out time is at 12:00.
