Rustic farmhouse from 1791, renovated in 2017. Here you will find a quiet place to rest, relax and enjoy in the middle of nature, away from the noise and yet you are in the city of Burgdorf in 7 minutes by car. The space A modern kitchen with an induction stove, oven and large fridge awaits you. For coffee, you can sit at the bar and enjoy the view of the adjacent farm garden. Raclette pots and fondue caquelon are provided. In the living area, a spacious wooden table is at your disposal. You can make yourself comfortable in the armchair or on the fiery stove. Bedroom no. 1, on the first floor: 1 double bed 160 cm Bedroom no. 2, on the upper floor: 2 single beds, which can be enlarged to 2 double beds of 160 cm. This room is a walk-through room. Bedroom no. 3, on the upper floor: double bed 180 cm, accessible through bedroom no. 2 or via an external staircase In the kitchen, there is an antique stone floor, in the remaining rooms a rustic wooden floor. Guest access The Stöckli is available for guests' exclusive use. Other things to note The red stove (this is the heating in the basement) is a storage stove, which means it must be fired a maximum of every 12 hours when it is very cold. In the transition period, 1x per day is sufficient. This is carried out independently by the tenant, only after instruction by us. Written instructions are also available. Hot water is heated electrically, regardless of the stove, and the bathroom also has electric underfloor heating. Therefore, in the bathroom, only ventilate and do not tilt the window. The tap water is safe to drink.
