Restaurants and parks just a few miles away. Completely remodeled & updated. Sleeps 7comfortably. Downstairs has bedroom with queen bed, full bath, wash/dryer, kitchen, dining, den with sleeper sofa. . Upstairs bedroom with a balcony, 2 full beds and full bath and PacMan for rainy days!!! The space You will have entire house. Screened porch, front porch and yard. Mounted flat screen tv’s in all bedrooms and den. Sign in to your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon or watch tons of free channels. Boat launch 1 block away and access to small beach area on the bay, 2 blocks away. There is a separate owners apartment in the back of the home and it has a private fenced entrance. The only common area would be the laundry area. Occasionally, my family or I will be in the back apartment during your stay. But I will notify you if some of us are coming.
