Set in a quiet close, but only 50 metres from a 24 hour shop, and Tesco Local etc, and a 2 minute walk from the train station/ bus stops and 1 mile from the A3 main road into London from the west. The house could not be better located for direct access to central London or areas to the west and south of London. Ground Floor: Large open plan kitchen, dining and living space. With an additional seperate sitting room/ extra bedroom with large double sofa bed on the ground floor. Downstairs loo and seperate utility room- with washing machine and drying rack. The recently renovated kitchen has all mod cons- Rangemaster oven with double oven, grill and 5 x gas hobs, large american style fridge, dishwasher, air fryer etc. Dining table that can seat at least 10. Sofa and Armchairs in open plan sitting area- overlooking the terrace and large garden. The open plan area directly accesses the garden, with BBQ and large garden table. In the summer we have a plunge pool (used at guests own risk!), and a trampoline. (Sadly the climbing frame in some photos is no longer here). Additional separate sitting room with smart TV which can be used as a bed room (images are of bedroom 4) with a king sized sofa bed. All linen and towels will be provided. Guest access Access to all of the house apart from a small study area off the kitchen that we will use as storage for our personal belongings. Other things to note Off street parking for one car, and free parking on the road outside. This is our family home. We are more than happy to be flexible to fit your needs.
