The residence is in the heart of the world famous Burgundy wineries! You will love the local gastronomy (from casual to gourmet), all the family activities, a superb countryside setting, the rich History buildings, linked to French Kings... The residence first built in 1711 (yes!) has been completely remodeled in 2014 to offers all the modern comforts next to the old charm. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, wine aficionados, families... The space This is a privately owned residence for many generations, my cousins live on each side. With 210 m2, 3 big bedrooms (Bedroom 3 - African is in the attic and only "released / open" for parties of more than 6) , 2 full washrooms, a living room, a study... I trust you will appreciate all the upscale amenities: fine china, antique armoires, portraits of ancestors, some decorations from long stays in Asia and Africa. A sunny and large back courtyard (shared) will allow you outdoor lunches and the garden a peaceful view. Guest access The residence is completely independent and private but our Cousins live on each side. My Aunt may occasionally use the shared courtyard but infrequently so you'll be very much private. There are plenty of parking in front of the residence and across the street. Other things to note NOTES: - There is no phone and the internet is sometimes spotty. - The keys are anciens and unique, do not loose. - Some of the furnishing and decorations are precious and personal, be extra careful.
