A stunningly situated 3 bedroom house, overlooking idyllic Polurrian Beach on the edge of the Lizard. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone. The space The house has 3 bedrooms - a Super King, a king bed and a bunk-bed room. Two bathrooms, one with large walk-in shower and one with a bath. The sitting room looks directly out to sea with a smart TV for snuggling down in front of after a day on the beach. A well kitted out kitchen and a dining room, as well as a utitlity room with separate washer and dryer. Outside there's loads of well kept garden to explore, with sheltered spots to take in the sea views. A bbq and outside furniture is also on hand to enjoy the summer evenings. Polurrian Beach below is just a few minutes walk away. A lovely sandy beach good for swimming and surfing, it is often less busy than some of the other local beaces. There is also direct access to the SW coastal path, with incredible views and a short walk along to popular Poldhu Beach and its cafe. The nearest local town is Mullion with several shops, including a CO-OP, SPA, bakery and various takeaways. Nearby Helston has a Sainsburys and a Tesco for bigger shopping trips. The house is accessed via a narrow bumpy lane due to its situation in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is suitable for all vehicles up to a Luton van, however it is definitely a bit tight in places. Guest access The whole property, garden and field is for the private access of our guests. Other things to note The garden is fenced but not totally dog proof. Check in is 6pm at the latest. You will be able to contact the caretaker's on the day of check in to see when it will be ready. They endeavour to get people in as early as possible, normally around 4pm. Please note that if electric car charging is required there will be a £50 per week supplement payable directly to the owner.
