Stay in our yurt! On our secluded property on Harstine Island located in the Puget Sound. Surrounded by Cedars, Madronas, Firs, Maples, Pines, Apple, Pear, and Fig trees. Quiet and Serene a Gardner's paradise. Close access to a wonderful State Park with water access several miles away. A perfect getaway to regroup, chill or create. We are known as an artist retreat. Come visit us on Harstine! The space The yurt is located in our garden space, away from the main house. It has power, a fridge and coffee maker. It has a heater, and plenty of blankets and sheets to keep you warm. In the summer we also provide a fan to keep you cool. The bathroom is shared in the main house, about 30 feet from the yurt. Guest access You will have access to our wifi, which is Zoom call friendly. The bathroom is in our home, as well as a full Kitchen with a microwave. About 30 feet from the yurt in the main house. We are on 3 acres fully fenced in where you can roam, and wander. Hammocks and BBQ near the barn in the summer. We also have a blue heeler mix female dog, India who loves guests, and may be on the property. Please let us know in advance if you have any issues with dogs. Karma the black barn cat roams the property too, you may get a glimpse of her. She is super sweet, but is not allowed indoors. Other things to note Please know that the closest grocery store, or food available is about 30 minutes away. So be sure to grab anything you may need in Shelton, Belfair or Olympia depending on how you are coming. There is a local bakery that is 25 minutes away right off Highway 3. As well as Spencer’s Lake Bar and Grill and gas. This is the last thing available before you reach the island.
