For your comfort there is a full-size bed, Futon, TV, and other amenities. It is conveniently located a short drive away from the airport and many other attractions! With two shared walls we do not allow parties. There is a full bathroom, kitchenette which comes with refrigerator, all cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as silverware and plates to use. We offer complementary coffee and tea for your convenience and supply linens for the beds as well as towels. There is a smart TV in the room for you but there is no cable. You have a private patio with a table, chairs, and BBQ. I no longer live on site but am reachable by phone if need be. Los Angeles is very spread out and we are located in the southern part of the city. We are close to Disneyland, Long Beach, Knotts Berry Farm, beaches, and much more. We are on the opposite side of the city to Hollywood, Universal City, Santa Monica. If you are only coming to LA for these sites I recommend you finding a place on the other side of the city if you are doing a mixture of everything we are in a great location. We are in a residential area so there is nothing in walking distance. Within a 5 to 8 minutes drive you can reach tons of shopping and restaurants. We live on a one way street so you can park on either side. Street sweeping is on Mondays between 8-12 There is complementary coffee and tea.
