Our building was designed by the renowned architect Franz Gessner and constructed between 1936 and 1937. This historical building is closely tied to the rich cultural heritage of Vienna, specifically Mozart’s famous opera "The Magic Flute" (Die Zauberflöte), which premiered at the nearby Freihaustheater auf der Wieden in 1791. Situated in the heart of Vienna and equipped with an elevator, the apartment is overlooking into the opera street, therefore it is in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city centre. At 30. September 1791 was the premiere of the opera "The Magic Flute" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at this place. It´s a small studio, perfect for singles or couples with an affordable price. The flat is situated in the 4th district at the boarder to the first district near to the opera and Karlsplatz. This area is absolutely safe and famous for many contemporary art galleries. Supermarkets just around the corner. 2 minutes walk to the metro. -Viennas state opera: 8 min walk -Naschmarkt-Viennas biggest market with many restaurants in all price categories: 2 Minutes -The museum-quarter, the biggest quarter for contemporary art in Europe with a bright range of bars and restaurants: 12 min walk Excellent public transport connection: Station "Karlsplatz" with underground line U1, U2 and U4 is only 4 min walk away.
