The whole apartment is furnished with luxury and elegance. Guest access The whole apartment, because it is independent. In addition, private parking and a swimming pool are available upon request. Other things to note The price does not include cleaning costs at check-out (800 THB) and electricity / water (250 THB per day) The apartment is delivered clean. The cleaning costs of the apartment during the stay are the responsibility of the tenant. For long stays we recommend a cleaning (at the agreed price of 500 THB) at least 2 times a week, to be established and agreed on the spot.
