Comfortable two-room apartment on the slopes - Have a good vacation!

The apartment was completely renovated in September 2019. It is located directly on ski slope 1 of Valtournenche, the longest in Europe, in the Cervinia/Zermatt/Valtournenche ski area. Hundreds and hundreds of kilometers of Italian and Swiss slopes! The space The two-room apartment is not huge but well-designed, with a completely renovated structure (floors, painting, etc.) and furnishings and equipment (French double bed with storage, 25 cm high mattresses, sofa bed with 140x195 electro-welded mesh, steel pots, spaces for storing clothes, equipment and suitcases). It has a 5 m balcony facing south (on the slope) that allows you to sunbathe even in the winter season. It is very cozy and is located in a residence where there are common areas where you can entertain yourself for pleasant afternoons or evenings after skiing. The property was built in 2005. The windows have double glazing, the heating is self-contained and the presence of a manager on site guarantees a peaceful stay. #I recommend the two-room apartment for a couple or a family with one or two children to be able to stay pleasantly# Guest access A ski room in the building where you can store your ski equipment with boot warmers and sanitizer in winter and your MTBs in summer, an indoor bar, a convivial room, and a shared washing machine. Other things to note The apartment is located inside a residence with an internal bar, a ski room with a boot warmer and sanitizer. Staying here will allow you to immerse yourself and fully enjoy the magic of the surrounding landscape! 50 m away there is an excellent restaurant known throughout the valley. After skiing, 2 km away, you can access, at a low price, the municipal swimming pool equipped with a good wellness center (sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool, relaxation area) or an indoor climbing gym or take a walk in the village where you will find all the shops, bars and various clubs (pizzerias, restaurants, etc.). If you want to move around a bit, in addition to Cervinia with the imposing Matterhorn, you can take advantage of the thermal baths of Saint Vincent or its Casino, you can visit the Castle of Bard, with its exhibitions, or the other beautiful and famous Castles of the Aosta Valley. A walk through the elegant Aosta, with its historic center full of Roman artifacts, trendy places and markets. Spend your vacation in the snow here, you'll be happy!
