Our lovely, cosy home has a brand new king-size bed. Suitable for 2 people. Just over the road from the River Thames and the new Battersea reach, you can enjoy a walk along the river, and check out some of the local bars, bars/pubs and cafés many restaurants near wandsworth town station 5 mins walk. We are also just a 3 minute walk from 24-hour convenience shops Marks and Spencer’s or 24 hour McDonald’s. Safe, friendly area with great transport links. The space Set in the highly desirable area of Wandsworth, this spacious self-contained two bedroom townhouse has its own private entrance and is set over two floors. As the guest reviews prove, it is unusual to find such a private, spacious and quiet space, in the heart of London. The apartment has a spacious garden but only in use in the summer, autumn and spring unless you just wanted a smoke. Closed Jan - March. You enter the townhouse into a corridor, with stairs taking you to the second floor to the living space with kitchen, bar and sitting room. It is a great spac to relax. The living room has a large l-shaped sofa bed and a 65" 4K Alexa enabled smart TV with monitor arm (you can move it around) and surround sound, with Alexa controlled mood light. The kitchen provides everything you'll need for your self-catering stay including oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and cooking utensils. Through the large window, you can step out into the patio, perfect for brand new king-size bed. The bedroom with the king-size bed. Bathroom is directly next door, with a bath, shower, toilet and sink, with big mirror. Many mirrors throughout the 2 floor house. The property is located on a road off Wandsworth York Road which has all of the local amenities– great bars, restaurants, shops, convenience stores. 24-hour Marks & Spencers food store, 2 petrol stations and 24-hour McDonald's all 3 minutes walk away. You are just over the road from the River Thames. Here you will find a beautiful path along the river which leads you to Chelsea/Battersea Park in one direction and Putney in the other direction. Master bedroom with king-size, brand-new mattress. Number one in the world. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire flat, garden, and all modern conveniences, such as washing machine, power shower, bath etc. Free parking from Monday - Friday 4.30pm - 9.30am right weekend between two and four. No parking outside the house. Check signs for changes. Free parking is available at all times just three streets away. Other things to note The house is 140 years old so somethings might be a bit creaky here and there, but generally it’s very quiet and lovely. I’ve lived here for 15 years of my life and want another 15..
