The 3 bathrooms all have showers and one includes a tub for children's baths. One room has a 2x twin bunk bed with twin trundle to sleep up to 3, another room has two twin beds, and the master bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and French doors that open out to our spacious back yard. Accents include an all-marble custom master bedroom shower, solar night lighting in the master bath and hallway, a full kitchen with cooking basics provided, one indoor fireplace, one outdoor double-sided fireplace and an outdoor firepit for gathering the family to share stories at the end of the day. High chair, Pack 'N Play and a stroller are available (each stored in different closets). Our home is WiFi-enabled and the living room TV has antenna OTA channels and a FireStick for streaming all free and subscription apps through your Amazon account. Another TV in the back room with 2 twins has an antenna for OTA channels. The backyard landscaping provides a serene place for sunbathing, playing lawn games, or just relaxing. Note: our gardner tends to the front and back yards every Monday around the lunch hour to keep everything in good condition for you to enjoy. Guest access The entire house is yours for a comfortable SoCal vacation with exception of a 4th bedroom, a home office, that is not be available during your stay. Other things to note A whole-house water filtration system (Life Source) provides 'cleaner than bottled' water for cooking, showering and drinking straight from the tap. We have 2 rocking chairs, 2 chaise lounges, a bistro set and some lawn games on the back patio. We hope you can enjoy the backyard space - from breakfast on the patio to a glass of your favorite something closing the day with a beautiful sunset. Each night before dusk, geese and ducks fly overhead returning to a nearby riverbed. As the sun sets, the sky is colorful, vibrant and not to be missed. - Gardener services front and back lawns each Monday. - Trash night is every Monday (for Tuesday pickup) - Street cleaning is every Wednesday. any cars left in the street after 7 AM could be ticketed or towed by the city. Guests will additionally need to cover the city fine to our business ($250). - We have external (only) cameras monitoring the front door, backyard and north and south side perimeter of the house for your security and ours.
