The Green House is an architectural jewel flooded with natural light and elegantly decorated with modern styling and luxurious finishes. The house is centered around an open plan living/kitchen area with large stacking glass doors leading to the patio providing a superb inside-outside living experience The space BEDROOMS - The master bedroom is as impressive as you might expect - elegantly decorated with a AC unit and King-size extra length bed, en-suite with a large shower, bath and marble double vanity. The room enjoys stunning panoramic views. The second bedroom also has a King-size bed, which can be converted into two single beds if required. The en suite bathroom has a large shower. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. GARDEN ROOM - The Garden room is the 4th bedroom and is located below the main house with a separate entrance. The garden room is equipped with a on-suite bathroom with a toilet, hand basin and shower, 49'' Smart Television with internet connection, Bar fridge, coffee station, Air Conditioner and outside seating area. The sleeping arrangements in the Garden room can be arranged as 2 x single beds or 1 x king bed. Kindly please notify your host should you have a specific requirement for the bed spacing. STUDY/COFFEE LOUNGE – The study offers desk space & seating for two people and is equipped with a printer, bar fridge, coffee machine and Air-conditioning unit. The area has a large 49'' Smart Television connected the internet for connection to guest streaming services. KITCHEN - The kitchen is fitted with Smeg kitchen appliances (toaster, kettle & blender) as well as a coffee machine, water & ice dispensing fridge in addition to a wide variety of kitchen necessities and equipment. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave installed in the kitchen scullery available for the use of guests free of charge. LIVING AREAS – Majestic mountain views with an Air Con installed in the lounge, surround sound ceiling speakers, guest toilet, outside bathroom with shower, swimming pool, hot tub, external bar fridge, gas barbeque, fire boma, external surround sound speakers. The dining room table has formal seating for 8 people. The lounge/dining area is equipped to facilitate business meetings with big screen display and surround sound video conference facilities available upon request by prior arrangement. There is a 4-hole Putt-putt area on the first-floor roof terrace. Kindly please notify us should you wish for us to install the swimming pool fence prior to your arrival. The removable swimming pool fence is kept in the vehicle garage should guests wish to install it at any point during their visit. Due to the risk of the swimming pool young children should please be supervised at all times. SECURITY - Alarm with 24hr monitoring & armed response, beams, video intercom, electrified fencing, external CCTV system and motion detected external lighting. Guest access The house will be exclusively yours and you will be handed access remotes and keys. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house for the use of guests, with the necessary detergents supplied. We have a pick-up & delivery Laundry/Dry cleaning service available on request. We can arrange a housekeeper to assist at the property during your stay at an additional cost. Please contact the house manager should you wish to make use of this function. We have an experienced Aromatherapy massage therapist available to provide guests with the ultimate relaxation on site at The Green House while enjoying the tranquility and splendid views of the Mother City. Kindly please contact the house manager to further discuss bookings and fees for this service. Other things to note We maintain a strict 'no party or events' policy at the property, with a maximum of 10 people (including day visitors) allowed at the property at any given time without prior arrangement. Guests who violate these regulations during their stay will have their reservation canceled and will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Please note that the Garden Room (4th bedroom) is located below the main residence and has a separate entrance to the main house. Vehicles should be parked inside the property perimeter at all times. No parking is allowed in the street or on the sidewalk in front of the property. The property is located inside a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly please request guests to keep music and noise levels to a minimum as far as possible please. Music and overall noise to please be turned down from 10pm please. The Green House is a large luxury property that requires regular maintenance to ensure it remains in pristine condition for our guests. To manage this, Wednesdays are designated as our service day. Our dedicated housekeeper will be on-site to provide guests with a light mid-stay cleaning service. For guests staying 7 nights or longer, a weekly linen and towel change will also be included. In addition, the housekeeper will facilitate and oversee scheduled maintenance such as pool servicing, fish tank care, and landscaping, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their stay without any disruptions. Thank you for your understanding as we work to maintain the high standards of the property. The Green House is a self-catering property. Guests will be provided with an initial complimentary supply of essential consumables such as toilet paper, black bags, coffee, sugar, and similar items. Please note that, in line with self-catering norms, guests are responsible for replenishing these items once the initial supply has been used.
