The Margate Maisonette

A spacious, airy and sunny 3 double bedroom, two storey maisonette with its own off-street, gated parking, enough room for 2 cars. We are centrally located, a leisurely 5-10 stroll to Margate main sands and the surrounding quieter beaches, the Old Town, Dreamland, countless art galleries/studios, and the multitude of restaurants, pubs and eateries that continue to spring up in this ever-changing and hugely vibrant area. The space Lovingly re-decorated and furnished using as many locally sourced items as possible this spacious home from home is bright, stylish, relaxing and very comfortable. In short, if you’re looking for the perfect base to discover and enjoy everything Margate and the surrounding area has to offer, then you have found it here! The living space is on the ground floor and includes a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen. We have a washing machine, dish washer, fridge/ freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. We have tea, ground coffee and a cafetière available for you to use. Also on the ground floor you'll find a bathroom with a walk in shower and an open plan sitting room and dining room. The ground floor gets flooded with light and is comfortable and spacious. We have a good sized dining table, a smart TV, digital radio, and a speaker for playing music via wifi/ bluetooth. The 3 double bedrooms are in the basement along with the 2nd bathroom which has another walk in shower. We have 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each and a 3rd bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms have hanging space and a shelf for clothes. We have a baby cot bed (we don't supply cot bed bedding) a highchair and a baby bath. Please let us know if you'd like the highchair and or the cot bed left out for you. There is a small courtyard at the back of the appartment. Guest access The apartment, courtyard and parking is available for the guests' sole use. Other things to note Please no parties or stag/ hen/ party groups at the apartment, thank you. No smoking or candles, thanks. And if you use the cafetière please can you put the used coffee granules in the bin and not down the sink as it causes the kitchen pipe to block. Thank you.
