This is a fully remodeled private guest suite with separate entrance. The private suite is comprised of 2 main rooms: a living room and a bedroom, with a small kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a large window with blackout shades and is furnished with a high quality queen mattress, closet with full-length mirrors, table, desk, ceiling fan, TV with Roku and Netflix. The living room has a comfortable couch, table, ceiling fan, TV with Roku and Netflix. The kitchenette includes a built-in microwave, sink, cupboards, fridge/freezer, dispoal, and Reverse Osmosis water. There is no oven or stove in the casita, though appliances include: hot plate, toaster oven, instapot, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster. Tile floors throughout. Linens, dishes, and utensils provided. High speed wifi . The suite has a private entrance, facing the driveway. There is usually 1 parking space available in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking. Pets are not allowed in the casita, in order to keep it a low-allergen space for all guests. I don't charge a cleaning fee to keep your price more reasonable. Please be kind and leave the space in good shape. Notify me immediately of any issues and I will do my best to resolve them ASAP. Always let me know about anything that should be addressed before the next guest. Guest access The suite is a private space intended for the sole use of those who have booked the space and the guests included in their booking. Please inform me if other guests will visit during your stay. Guests in the private suite will not have access to the main house or backyard. Other things to note The booking price includes up to 2 people who plan to use the Queen-sized bed. This space is not child proof, so please keep this in mind if you have young children.
