Downstairs has separate 1 bed annex which is available separately, not included in listing Spacious 5 bedroom home in quiet location in Dalgety Bay, 30 mins to Edinburgh city center & excellent transport links We cannot support parties/events or loud noise - out of respect for neighbours - its a quiet peaceful & secure area. Guests have access to the main house and rear garden. Adjoining 1 bed annex available separately.
