Guest access Guest has full access to apartment. There are 3 other apartments within this home the guests will NOT have access to. The parking area is shared, but guests have a designated parking spot directly in front up the unit entrance. Other things to note NO PETS No smoking in the space. Ceiling height may be too short for some. Kitchen, bathroom, and hallway is 6’5”, and living room and bedroom is approx 6’9”. Take note that the bathroom shower head may also be too short for some, it sits at 6’ exactly. Due to the buildings other permanent tenants smoking, this unit may have a remnant second-hand smoke smell.
