A Stone House with a Garden in Dereli Village: Calm, Peaceful

A stone house in Dereli Village, 6 km from Edremit. Our house has two floors, but there will be upstairs guests. The beds are completely separate from each other and there are all kinds of items upstairs. The balcony on the upper floor is the place with the best view. Our garden is located on 4 acres and there are olive, fig, and fruit trees. We have a dog named Leo and 5 chickens in the garden. We are happy to share fresh eggs with our guests. We have a table for lounging by the creek. The space It's 6 km to the center of Edremit and 15 km to Akçay, the nearest sea. There is a grocery store in the village as well as on Edremit. There are large grocery stores that bring online orders if requested. There are three trails 5km, 10km, 15km for the hike and we can guide you to that. Our view is made up of trees and Kaz Mountains. Our village is very cozy and local. It keeps its calm because there aren't many from outside the village. We have a sweet and peaceful garden and a comfortable house where we can find fresh food and where Aegean greenery grows. Our view is beautiful and tranquil with no driveway and house in front of our house. Guest access There is no signal in our house, there is wi-fi. However, the phone is in a 3-minute walk. Every part of the house will be available for guests' use and they can spend time in our garden if they wish. Other than that, we can help with anything they want. We have equipment for barbecue etc. Other things to note We have a dog that lives in the garden that isn't connected. The nearest grocery store is in Edremit, outside the village grocery store, approximately 10 minutes away. There are also large markets where we can order online. In front of the house can only be reached by means of an off-road vehicle. Other than that, we park our vehicles in the village square. Village Square is 100 meters from the house.
