Redwood Retreat right near campus

Redwood Retreat is back! We stayed in the apartment ourselves for the past few years while hosting ABNB guests in the upper floors of the house. It really is just as cozy and comfortable as we claimed. The location, we admit, is it’s best feature. UC Berkeley and the original Gourmet Ghetto a few blocks away. We’re in a grove of redwoods -massive producers of oxygen and home to owls hawks and falcons. The space The apartment is self contained with a private entrance. It has its own washer and dryer, full bathroom, fireplace and somewhat minimal kitchenette ( fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate) The master bedroom has both a privacy door and another to an outside. seating area. The other sleeping area is a snug nook with a soji screen for privacy. There’s a 40” TV in the bedroom and smaller flatscreen in the living room area. Guest access There’s a wooden gate shielding the apartment and its outdoor patio from view. Everything behind it is the domain of guests . There’s a private stair case leading to a reserved parking spot and access to Codonices park and the bridge crossing the creek. Other things to note Please note-cats have stayed in the property.
