Bell’aa, rural dog friendly cottage with garden

Come and stay in our beautiful 3 bedroom cottage, completely renovated to a very high standard. We accept a well behaved dog and we provide an enclosed garden. The cottage has an airy feel to it with high ceilings and thick walls and pretty windows. The cows are in the fields at the back of the house in the summer months whilst in winter you can snuggle up in front of the electric stove in the brick fireplace. Enjoy the Games Barn with its pool table, sofa and storage for bikes or play boules. The space This beautiful semi detached cottage has a spacious feel with vaulted ceiling in the living room, exposed beams throughout and a lovely fully fitted kitchen. Three large bedrooms (one with an antique bed) have been tastefully decorated and all have new comfortable mattresses. The cottage has a large 28sqm terrace with sun sail for warmer days and a lovely garden to relax in. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enormous games barn with pool table, sofas or try your hand at pétanque with our on-site court. Sarah is also a qualified Bien Être masseuse and offers treatments for ladies onsite ... paid locally. What a wonderful way to really relax on your holiday. Guest access We will meet you on arrival at the property and show you around. We are on hand throughout your holiday to book attractions and restaurants if required. We will do the checkout with you on departure day. Other things to note The property is semi detached and in a quiet rural village. Please respect our lovely neighbours and make sure there is no loud music after 11pm. Keeping with our COVID cleaning regime, we are leaving a longer gap between all guests as we need to deep clean thoroughly before you arrive. All guests will have a complete fresh set of bedding including mattress and pillow protectors. Checkin is at 5pm and departure must be before 10am but we do have some flexibility on this so please ask. We hope you understand our commitment to ensuring that the property is completely sanitized before your arrival. 8kwh electric included per day, the rest is on a meter reading payable on departure. Please note that there are NO charging facilities for electric vehicles onsite, nearest chargers are 7km away. We kindly ask guests not to light any candles/tea lights in the property as these are a major fire hazard.
