We are only a stones throw away, so if there is anything you need, paper towel, toilet paper, coffee, creamer or sugar, just let us know we will have it to you immediately. It is our goal to make sure we take care of you during your stay with us. There are 3 window units, that will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Fresh linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is also a propane and a charcoal grill provided. Our place is perfect for traveling nurses or medical staff. Only 13 miles from CHRISTUS and ETMC in Tyler. Including the pool which is located in the subdivision, it is NOT a private pool for only the house. But, is only for our subdivision, you will have a key to access. The pool is seasonal it’s opens Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day weekend. Other things to note We are only 15 minutes from the Tyler airport and 15 minutes from Tyler. Our place is not water front, but we are literally 10 seconds from the private boat launch. Which includes a dock for your fishing needs. PETS- NO CATS because of allergies
