The Mutton Button derives its name from the hill of the same name, so called by the British during their occupation. The room on offer is a double room comprising of one double bed with AC, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe and attached bathroom. Breakfast is included. Being on a hill, the guest house has valley views on the opposite side of the lake of the Temple of the Tooth Relic, which is 10-15 mins. drive away. Suitable for all traveller types. The space This guest house is located on a hill known by the same name - Mutton Button, a legacy from the time when the British ruled the area. As such the guest house boasts some valley views. The bedroom consists of one double bed suitable for 2 people. There is AC and a ceiling fan in the room to help you keep the room cool. The rooms are compact but they have TV, free wifi, luggage rack and a wardrobe with mirror. The private attached bathroom contains a toilet, douche, wash basin and a hot water shower. Photos are taken from Room 5 and are representative of other double AC rooms on offer. Guest access Check-in time is after 2 pm. There is no extra charge if you check in a couple of hours earlier, subject to the room being available. Guests are requested to check out before 12 noon. Other things to note Breakfast is included in the price.
