Stylish 2 bedroom apartment in Nice old town

This stylish 2 bedroom apartment of 58 m² is in a fabulous location, right in the heart of the Old Town, with all the life of the city streets below. Although in a prestigious historic building, the apartment has been renovated to a high standard, and has all the facilities you would expect including double glazing so you can get a peaceful night's sleep in two comfortable bedrooms plus a sofa bed and travel cot if required.There is central heating, a washer/dryer and a mobile A/C unit. The space An original apartment in a 17th century building, the facilities and decor have been tastefully updated to a contemporary feel. The furnishings are new and of a high standard and well maintained. There is a new shower room just installed with a good shower. Wifi and cable TV is provided and there is a microwave in addition to a full oven, hob, refrigerator, A/C and new Washer/Dryer. The beds for the booked guests will have linen - duvets & covers, sheets & pillow cases and towels are provided - but not for the beach. Other things to note In common with most of the buildings in the old town, this 300 year old building has no lift, however the apartment is only on the 3rd floor and has an unusually wide staircase for buildings in this part of Nice. The air conditioning is a new unitary (mobile type) machine as external air conditioning equipment is not allowed on the facade of the building. The unitary machine is effective to give some cooling before bed time but may be too noisy to use while asleep. Fans are also provided.
