Private space in house. King size bed with TV, wifi, shower and toilet. Tea, coffee and light breakfast provided in room. The space This is room only loft bedroom with en-suite in our family home. There is a toilet and shower for you to use. Little kettle with mini fridge for teas and coffee’s. We are happy for guests to use the kitchen for making food after 6pm and after 8am but please confirm this with us if you have specific needs. Our house is a victorian terrace and we have lived here for 6 years. Its warm and cosy, we have taken our time to renovate. The whole house can be rented under a separate listing. As we have a young family and are workers ourselves we cant accept bookings from people who plan to come in late. We lock up around 10. Thanks Guest access Access to the room and ensuite. Access to the house at specific times. You can have access to the washing machine and dryer if needed. During your stay We are here and happy to help with advice and guidance about the city. Other things to note The room is on the top floor and you will need to climb two flights of stairs. Parking is free and on street. We are luckily not in the parking zone so its free.
