Affordable Ski in Ski out condo

Ski in-Ski out with this 336 square foot condo. Please note this is a studio size condo similar to a hotel room. Murphy (wall) bed has Casper memory foam mattress- comfortable futon Unit can sleep 2. You can share a queen or have 1 on the queen, 1 on futon. Tahoe Donner amenities: 3 pools, fitness center, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, tennis, bike, and private beach on Donner Lake. $30/day per person covers use of all. There are blackout days-see TD website The Town of Truckee reg 024344. The space The 336 square foot condo is equipped with all cooking essentials needed to cook simple meals. Kitchenette includes air fryer, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, pots/pans, plates, and utensils. Small balcony has BBQ and table and chairs for use in the summer months The building includes fireplace, TV with cable in lobby, and laundry facilities (pay per use). Tahoe Donner is near all North Tahoe's major ski hills including Northstar, Squaw, Alpine, and Sugar Bowl Public amenities include downhill and cross country ski areas, golf, tennis, equestrian center, campground, lots of hiking trails, award winning Lodge restaurant, and Pizza on the Hill (great pizza). As always, please visit the visit truckee/tahoe travel alert website for updated wildfire, smoke info, etc. before traveling Guest access Please note the Trout Creek Rec area that houses the pools/hot tubs is a short 5 min. drive from condo and requires a $20/day/person fee. You will need to bring the guest card found in the unit with you to the amenities. The downhill ski area is right behind condo. The cross country ski (winter)/mountain bike and equestrian summer) area is a 3 min. drive from condo. The beach club marina is a 12 minute drive from condo on Donner Lake (also requires $20/day/person fee). Once you pay at one amenity, you can use the others on that same day for the $20/fee. Other things to note While renters are not allowed to bring pets, we occasionally bring our dog with us. He is a non shedding Labradoodle. Our place is professionally cleaned after each trip, and has no animal smells, but just wanted those with allergies to be aware. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
