Guesthouse in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights. The space parking at the property. Very quiet accommodation. Perfectly suited for a couple with children. Guest access you can take advantage of the ( unheated) pool access and the grounds...
