The space You'll have 3 levels of comfort and storage. Two bedrooms are upstairs (Master and Bunk Room), while your living, dining and kitchen area are on the Main Floor. Attached and below you is the 2 Car Tandem Garage. The main level living area has a beautiful view of Buffalo mountain from the sliding glass door and patio. The living area provides plenty of room to relax and is nice and open with a comfortable pull-out couch, oversized bean bag, viewing chair and a big screen TV to watch any event with ease. Flip through the channels of cable or switch over to your favorite account of streaming service with the Smart TV functions. (log in with your credentials for streaming) Maybe you feel like hanging out on the patio and enjoying the view while the rest of your friends and family join you out there with a large size table and seating for everyone! The dining table has bench style social seating with barstools for the countertop. In the kitchen, you can use the stainless steel appliances, counter space and fully stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meals with friends and family. Winter guests can enjoy a day at Keystone Resort, just 7.5 miles east, then come home to enjoy a movie night with the gang while the baseboard heat keeps everything toasty. Summer visitors will enjoy using the private propane grill to host a fun-filled barbecue. Don't worry about those barbecue stains - the townhome's washer and dryer will ensure your clothes stay sparkling clean during your stay. When the weather permits, grab your bike and take a ride through the bike trail behind the house that goes around lake Dillon! You'll also enjoy easy walking distance to breweries, wineries, restaurants, shopping/outlets, movie theatre, bus stop, amphitheater, and Lake Dillon, which has access to boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Parking note: There are 3 possible parking spots, 1 space in front of the garage door (slightly covered with patio/deck overhead) and 2 spaces in the tandem garage attached to the property. There is street parking available behind the house during the day, but no overnight parking on the street. There is also limited public parking within the community division and is of a first come, first serve basis as well. Things to Know: High-speed WiFi for remote workers and online students! Covered Parking for 2 in private, attached garage. Please note the HOA has a strict no-dog policy. Local Driving: Keystone - 12 minutes Copper - 14 minutes Arapahoe Basin - 19 minutes Breckenridge - 22 minutes Really nice, central location for going everywhere in the county.
