Bringing your fur baby…a basket of treats, cleaning supplies and a sleeping pad are available. 10 foot ceiling with remote controlled electric skylights and blinds you can control for room darkening. Private patio and entrance with table and chairs. Patio is beautifully landscaped with outdoor lighting and a custom barn slider. 7 foot horizontal fencing provides peace and privacy to enjoy a glass of wine. Kitchenette has everything you'll need to enjoy a meal. An induction burner with pots and pans provided for cooking. Sleep well in the most comfortable queen bed. All bedding/towels provided. The shower has been customer designed with a rain shower head and body sprayer. Wonderfully smelling shampoo/conditioner and shower gel from Whole Foods will help you start or end the day smelling fresh. Perfect for people wanting to be close to both the wine country and San Francisco, only 30 min drive in each direction. The new SMART train station is less than 10 minutes walking from the studio for those wanting to visit San Francisco and don't want to drive! The house was designed and constructed in a modern craftsman style with all new fencing designed and built by us. The studio has Roku, not traditional cable. Directions how to use it are in the studio but you can always ask us. It is pre-loaded with stations and you can add more if you'd like. Parking on the street or in driveway in front of studio under the street lamp. Lighted walkway to studio. Other things to note The house has been rebuilt. Everything in the studio was designed with beauty and comfort in mind. There is a fire sprinkler system installed throughout the house so no smoking is permitted. Please message if you are bringing a dog. Must be house trained and not aggressive. Small/medium dogs only. No cats allowed please. Roku TV is in the studio, not traditional cable. You can log into any of your streaming accounts to watch shows. Please log out afterwards.
