This studio is conveniently located just a few seconds away from Shoreditch high street station and adjacent to Redchurch Street townhouse, which is renowned for its fashion houses and boutiques. With easy access to City, Brick Lane, and Spitalfields, this studio is the perfect base for exploring all that London has to offer. The space This charming studio apartment boasts a spacious rear roof terrace garden covering an area of over 40 square meters. It is located on the first floor of the building and features an open-plan living area filled with natural light, high ceilings, large Victorian windows, and wooden floors. The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living room, which contains a sofa bed, TV area, desk, hanging rail wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Toiletries, clean linen, towels, and essential household items are provided. The apartment is situated in the heart of trendy Shoreditch, which may result in some noise from the bustling nightlife outside on occasion. However, the place is professionally cleaned and prepared before every visit and comes equipped with a range of amenities, including high-speed unlimited wireless internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Guests can enjoy a private, secure entrance with an alarm system, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer, toaster, kettle, and fridge, and access to the terrace. Additionally, there is an alternative communal kitchen and laundry area with a washer and dryer available for use. Guest access We offer self-check-in and check-out options for our guests through a digital door code and virtual check-in app. To receive the access codes, guests are required to complete online check-in, which includes uploading a valid document for safety purposes. All data will be permanently deleted at check-out. Our check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. Guests can drop off their luggage before the check-in time to accommodate early arrivals. Other things to note Our studio is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, and we take pride in providing non-smoking facilities. However, smoking is allowed in the designated area on the terrace. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we have a strict no-party policy. Our building is equipped with 24-hour security CCTV, which is regularly monitored by our staff. Please note that our apartment is on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users. As we are located in the heart of Shoreditch, guests may hear the sounds of the city. All guests are required to complete the online check-in process to access the property. Access codes will be sent via email or SMS, and a valid document must be uploaded.
