Please read the detailed description given below The space Our home is a cozy 3 BHK apartment having mesmerizing views of gorgeous forest-covered valleys, and the mighty Himalayan peaks (best views between September to February). ~Property Layout~ * The apartment consists of 3 Bedrooms with attached / en-suite bathrooms * A stylish Living room with comfortable sitting for 6 guests, dining area with 6 seating dining table * A balcony deck overlooking the gorgeous valley next to the living room * A fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area ~Accessibility & Movement~ * The Parking lot is located on top of the building * Our property is 1 level down from the parking * Guests can use the elevator or staircase to come down * Elevator can be used for wheelchair access * Entire house is wheelchair friendly except the balcony which has a ledge ~Amenities~ * A 42-inch HD LED TV has been provided in the Living Room for family viewing * 100 MBPS Wi-Fi connection * Fully Equipped Kitchen * The bar cabinet is locked with our glassware which is not for guest usage * All bathrooms have storage water heaters for hot water supply (25 Lts each) * Fans/air-conditioning not required * Heaters/heat convectors have been provided in all rooms for usage in winter. * Electric Blankets have been provided in all rooms * Power backup is available through a common generator (for the building). The generator is switched on in case of a power outage for more than 15 minutes. It is not switched on instantly. The generator will provide limited power back up in case of an outage. Only 3 radiators will have power in case of an outage. * Fresh clean Linen will be provided at the time of check-in. Complementary linen change is provided every third day if booking is for 6 days or more. Additional linen change is chargeable. * Daily Housekeeping is provided once a day at a fixed time. * Toiletries - Shower Gel, Shampoo, Hand Wash, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, Hair dryer and Tissue Rolls will be provided. Dental kit is not provided * Parking for 2 cars is available in the stilt area. ~Meal Packages~ We have a meal package as below: * Rs. 300 per person for breakfast * Rs. 200 per person for Hi-tea * Rs. 600 per person for lunch * Rs. 800 per person for dinner * Rs. 100 per person extra for chicken, and Rs. 200 per person extra for mutton The food is prepared fresh, and all ingredients are bought fresh. Please let us know 1 day in advance that you desire meals, so that we can organize things ~Add Ons~ * Barbecue apparatus at an additional charge of ₹ 1000 with Coal. ~Pet Policy~ * We welcome guests with pets, however the same is chargeable at ₹2000 towards a one-time cleaning fee. * Mess and poop to be managed by the guests. Pets are not allowed on the sofas or beds. Stay arrangements for helpers like cooks or drivers is not available at the property. We can help find accommodation within a 1-2 km distance at an additional cost (subject to availability). Guest access Guests will have access to the 3 bedrooms, living and dining area, kitchen and front balcony. There is a servant room which is for our caretaker and is not available for guests drivers / caretakers * The bar cabinet is locked with our glassware which is not for guest usage Other things to note The parking/access to the building from the main road is through a concrete road which has a steep hairpin bend. The car needs a little maneuvering on the bend (which is common in mountain properties). During snow time in winter, the car cannot be brought down to the parking if there is snow/icing on the road leading to the parking. The guests will have to park their cars on the main road during such time and walk down to the property. * In winters there is peak demand for electricity as most homes are occupied for snow season, and require heating to be used. However the area has limited power infrastructure provided by the Government. The guests can run a maximum of 3 room heaters simultaneously. The bathroom geysers and electric blankets cannot be run simultaneously with electrical heaters, as an overload will lead to overloading of the main meter, which will cause it to burn out and cause disruptions during your stay. Our team will guide you on the same. WE HUMBLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AS WE WANT TO MAKE IT A MEMORABLE STAY FOR YOU WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS. * The nearby stores selling basic groceries are located about 500m away. The market shuts down by 7:30 - 8:00 PM. * Water is scarce in the mountains. We request our guests not to waste water. During extreme winter, due to outside temperature the water pipes can freeze causing disruption. Our team will make all possible efforts to provide you water during such an instance, however some things are not in our control.
