Islas Del Río Miño. Fantastic views of the Miño River

Wonderful new house located in the village of O Rosal, known for its fantastic and beautiful vineyards, with the best microclimate in Galicia. The house is right in front of Portugal, on the Spanish shore of the mouth of the Rio Miño. Five kilometers from the house is the fishing village of A Guarda. There are white sandy beaches located on the islands of the Miño River just in front of the house and on the Atlantic Ocean. Very close by there are also beautiful typical tourist villages in Spain and Portugal. The space The house was built a year ago and its owner is an Architect, it has a pool, garden, a small grass soccer field to play on a lot located below the level of the house/pool. It also has a bbq bbq so you can cook in the garden. It is fully furnished and decorated. From the gate of the plot there are magnificent walks and dirt slopes, for hiking and biking more than 60 kilometers. Kayak can be rented five minutes from the house on foot, in the swamp that is located on the banks of the Miño River. You can also walk along the Fishermen's Trail, the trails of the Molinos de Folón and Picón, as well as the ascent to Monte Tecla, which can be accomplished on foot, by bicycle or by car.
