Light and Airy Attic Bedroom in Edwardian Home

The attic bedroom is on the top floor of our two storey home. It is double aspect and has two windows with blackout blinds. It is of contemporary design, with a comfortable double bed, two low chests of drawers and hanging rail for clothes. It has its own shower room next door for exclusive use. Both the room and shower room have restricted height in places so wouldn't suit someone very tall or large build. We can provide a desk if requested. The space We are situated in a very quiet and peaceful residential area adjacent to Woking Golf Club. We have plenty of parking on our drive, as well as free parking on the road. We are a ten minute walk down to St John's, our local village, and a half hour walk to Woking Station and town centre. If driving, it takes around six minutes to get to the station. There are buses to Guildford and into the town centre and a bus to LHR from the station. Trains run into London frequently and the direct train is around 25 minutes to London Waterloo, depending on the time of travel. We are a ten minute drive from the A3 which takes you into London and down to Portsmouth on the south coast. Guest access The kitchen can be used to prepare and eat food and drinks and we provide a guest fridge for any cold foods and a cupboard for dry goods in the next door utility room. You can use the washing machine for a small additional fee or for free if you are staying a week or more. Iron and hairdryer also available. Use of the garden and outside dining area is available by arrangement. During your stay Either Michael or myself will be around to answer questions and offer help, certainly during the evenings. Other things to note We have a young spaniel puppy, so you must be okay with dogs. He is downstairs and is in training. If you would like to have a single futon in the room then please let me know and I can arrange this for an additional fee. The attic room is rented Monday to Friday by a regular guest, so is usually only available Friday to Monday, unless she is away.
