Avenida de La Laguna is in the south of Chipiona and has restaurants, bars and small supermarkets and beach shops. 150 m away you have the beach, in a much more relaxed part and where you will find your place to enjoy the sand and sun. Following the shore you will arrive in about ten minutes to the most crowded area of the beach, Regla. That walk can give you the best pictures of Chipiona. During the fall and winter months everything calms down and it's time to enjoy the tranquility and sunsets that this area gives you. Other things to note There is a Greenway that connects Chipiona with Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Rota and Puerto de Santa Maria through an old railway track. The route, which passes between pine groves and farm fields, takes us to the Pinar de Chipiona, in the PInar area of the Villa.
