My place is the nearest from Okayama Station in Airbnb. And it is very cheap. This plan requires that you "share a room with other guest(s)" and can accommodate from 1 person to 3 people. This room is divided into two. One is a room of the tatami mat(The tatami was replaced with a new one on February 6, 2024.). Another one is the wood floor room. A room with tatami is about 10 square meters. A wood floor room is about 7 square meters. It's necessary to pass the room with tatami to go to a room in a wood floor. If you think do not like that, it should be stopped to make a booking by this listing. Please be sure to read the House Rules before making a reservation request. This is a violation of the criminal code of Japan, so we will report any thefts to the police immediately. On August 4, 2025, we changed the system so that we (the hosts) will cover the entire accommodation fee that guests pay to Airbnb. On August 7th, a guest violated the house rules regarding smoking, and we took action as outlined in the rules. After we confirm that, we will send you 5% discount request for the accommodation fee. ☆About parking lot☆ I have a parking lot on the first floor of the building. If no one else uses this parking lot, I will allow you to park for 200 yen per day. But, 1 car only. The vehicle height is to 2.1m. When you come by car, please tell me by a message. If there is a reservation to use the parking lot on the same day, the guest who reserved earlier will have priority. If you can't use my parking lot, I will guide you to a nearby coin parking lot (300 yen coin parking lot is the cheapest from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am). ☆About additional charges☆ If you break or lose any equipment in the room during your stay, we will charge you. For example, if you lose the key to this room, it will cost approximately 1000 yen. All except for that depends on the situation. When violating a house rule, it's charged expensively. ☆Information☆ Japanese guest house has the charge besides the hotel charges. Towel, washing machine use, detergent of clothes and PC etc., etc.. They cost about 100 yen - 200 yen. My place is all of Towel, washing machine use, detergent of clothes and PC etc., etc.. them for free. ☆About the case when you stay for more than 2 days☆ If you make a book for this listing, the cleaning fee is free. but I will collect garbage in your room and exchange bath towels everyday. Please separate garbage into cans & bottles, burnable garbage, pet bottles. If you want to exchange the sheets or clean up this room, please send a message to Yuuki. ☆Regarding entry into rooms by non-guests☆ Your friends or relatives live in Okayama? It's OK to invite your friend and relative to this room. But, if those persons stay at this room, make a contact to me. And when causing trouble to other guests, you have to pay compensation.
