The space The property is detached, surrounded by 10 acres of our farmland, making it a perfect location for guests wanting peace and solitude. The river Dulas runs nearby and access is possible from the field below. The geothermal heating keeps the property toasty warm in winter (underfloor heating) with endless amounts of hot water. There is a wood burning stove and the first basket of logs is free. A great location for star gazers as Powys one of the lowest light polluted areas in Britain. For the bird watchers, a wide variety of species visible from the front door with Ynyshir RSPB nearby. Great walks for all abilities from the house (OS map and handbook with local walks supplied). Great off road cycle routes, some more challenging than others. Shed available to securely lock bikes and hose to wash muck off. Bedding and towels are included in the price. Guest access Guests with limited mobility; The property is located at the top of a short stone track that can be driven up in the lowest of sports cars. Parking (Up to 6 cars) is approximately 10ft from the main entrance door and onto flat grounds, which is not gated. Please bare this in mind if you have young children coming to stay. One step needed into the property. Double bedroom with shower en suite on ground floor. There is a key safe located on the property so guests can access the cottage on arrival. The code to the key safe is revealed on confirmation of booking. Check-in is not before 4.00pm and check-out at 10am. Other things to note Internet speed is typically 5BM and is reliable. For longer staying guests, Asda and Tesco supermarkets offer a home delivery service to our property.
