The space The apartment has one bedroom for 2 people with an office/ working corner, a modern brand new bathroom and a luxury kitchen. The living area has a sleeping couch which 2 people can sleep on. The apartment is perfect for 2 to 4 people. You'll find a loggia located between the bedroom and living room, on which you can enjoy the sun and have a wine or even a cigarette. Please only smoke in the loggia. As the apartment is in a calm neighborhood (but still close to the center) the flat is perfect not only for younger people but also for business people who will work in Berlin for a longer period of time. The apartment has underfloor heating, high ceilings and a beautiful backyard. I furnished the apartment with love and care. Please make yourself at home!
