Great place to intern at Northrop Grumman. Close to Kemp facility. So close to everything! Skiing & hiking - <30 minutes away Biking trails & parks - within walking distance Pickleball courts & swimming pools - within walking distance Downtown Ogden with restaurants, events, & architecture - 15 min Gorgeous drives - 2 canyons are 15 minutes away 5 minutes away - Frontrunner, shopping, gyms I like to greet you when you first come, but if not, I am available through text. No smoking. No pets. The space Everything in the bedroom is available for use. Lots of closet space. Access to washer and dryer. Access to laundry soap as well! You may use the kitchen and living room. I live here and there is potential for another Airbnb guest to be in the other room. You have access to the 75-inch smart tv with amazing surround sound. Most of the time the place is pretty quiet. Bathroom is shared with one other guest. During your stay Text me if you need something. Other things to note I have a strict no smoking policy. If that is broken, you will be charged an extra $100 cleaning fee. If you cannot avoid smoking outside while here, please bring an air freshener for the room.
