Kubu B&B An African stay captured in the City

An African stay captured in the city. Providing a Studio type accommodation for 2 persons (Option for 4 adults + 2 children is available) The spacious room with on-suite bathroom equipped with rain shower. A living/dining room area & a scullery with a fridge, microwave, water cooker & toaster. Cleaning & laundry services available. We currently experiencing problems with WI-FI services. Sorry for this inconvenience. You’re welcome to relax in the African bush styled “Lapa” or enjoy the pool. The space We are close to the N1 Highway (7 mins), Lanseria Airport is on 23 minutes’ drive and OR Tambo International Airport on 37 minutes. UBER Taxis are a standard 4 minutes away from our house and in this area ‘UBER Eats’ may serves your diner and or lunch. Various restaurants are close by. WIFI is currently not available for use. The two rooms offered are clean and spacious. The bedroom includes a Queen Size bed with enough space around and built in closets to hang your clothes. Sorry, no sleeping on the couch but we can arrange an extra single bed for an additional fee. Laundry service is available. The on-suite bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, washbasin and toilet. An office desk, a dining table with chairs and a comfy lounge seat are available in the lounge / dining area. The scullery is equipped with a fridge, microwave, water cooker and toaster. Because you’re on holiday, washing the dishes is a pleasure for me to do for you. Coffee and tea is complementary. Furthermore your own terrace with outside seating is in front of the two rooms. You’re welcome to use the African bush styled ‘entertainment area or as we would say ‘Lapa’. The swimming pool in front of the owners house can also be used in a shared option with me. The rooms are cozy and private with African arts decoration and where the KUBU or Hippopotamus takes a central part of it. Guest access The studio -Bedroom with on-suite bathroom, Scullery and Lounge / Dining area- is purely for the guests only. The outside terrace in front of the studio is used by the guest. The dogs and cats might browse through the area. We can control the dogs in such a way they would not access the Kubu terrace. The pool, the lapa and the main garden is to be shared with the owner. Other things to note My 2 dogs will all roam around the house. They are not allowed to enter the studio. Paco & Montana can be easily controlled by closing off the KUBU terrace but they can stroll in the main garden. KUBU; The hippopotamus is regarded by African people as a symbol of rebellion, uncontrollability and unruliness. The Tshwana name for the hippo is KUBU.
