Large beautiful villa close to the beach!

This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa is situated in a secure compound with 24 hours security and is located just 100 meters from the Kawe Beach! The villa can be rented as a whole upon request (beds for 14 pax and extra mattresses can be provided) or private rooms with en suite bathrooms which are priced per person. Fully equipped kitchen, large terrasse, dining area, living room, big garden, WIFI. ATM´s just around the corner and there are several restaurants in the nearby area! The space The house is located in a nice and secure neighbourhood and has a safety wall around the compound. It is just 100 meters to the beach, and it is also located so that you with a short boat ride can visit the beautiful islands of Mbudya and Bongoyo. You will find information about restaurant recommendations as well as useful information about the neighbourhood in a folder in the dining area to make you stay more convenient with us. Guest access Downstairs you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, dining areas as well as living room with sofa group, DSTV, wifi and printer. AC and fans in living rooms as well as in all bedrooms. On the second floor there is a large terrasse partly ocean view and sitting /dining possibilities. Large garden and secure compound. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms as well as 2 public toilets, one in each floor. Water dispenser as well as coffee will be available for guests. Breakfast can be arranged at the extra cost of 10 USD per person. Washing machine is also available upon request. During your stay During daytime there will be an office manager available at the property (separate office in the back with separate entrance), and there will most of the time be a gardener present during daytime as well as a cleaning lady. During the night there is a watchman at the compound. So there will always be staff available in in the villa if there is anything at all. They office can also be helpful in booking anything from excursions to the nearby islands or even safari adventures should that be an option. Other things to note There are tides, so the beach quality nearby varies depending on tides, season & weather.
