Relax at The Deck, Baudin Beach

The Deck is a light, bright, comfortable beach house located just across the road from beautiful Baudin Beach. It is the perfect base from which to explore the island, or to spend lazy days relaxing on the large, covered deck. Just across the road is a beautiful, safe swimming beach. Baudin Beach is ten minutes from Penneshaw, at the Eastern end of the island. The house has everything you will need including excellent NBN WiFi, TV with good The space reception, a pile of DVDs, books and games for kids and adults. It has: - Super comfy leather couches - Comfortable beds - Kitchen with a dishwasher, plenty of crockery, glasses, pots and pans, rice cooker, all you will need to bake cakes and cook gourmet meals. - A full bathroom with second separate toilet - Air conditioned main living area and pedestal fans in the bedrooms - An outdoor shower with hot water and privacy. Feel the clean KI breeze on your skin as you shower in rain water, and look up at the trees or stars. - The huge deck at the front of the house has a lovely outlook over the garden to the dune beyond, behind which lies the beach. In less than a minute you can walk to the beach. The deck has gates to keep little children secure. - The property is dog friendly. The back yard and front deck are secure. Dogs only with pre-approval, and not to get on beds. Please note that although there is a beautiful beach across the road, there is no sea view from the house, as there is a sandhill between the house and beach. The beach is accessed via a boardwalk / steps.
