It is extremely quiet in the evening and at night. Good for visitors to Hamburg, privately or on business. Diverse gastronomy and shopping (Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg, Europa Passage) in the immediate vicinity, a stone's throw from HafenCity, just over a kilometer to the Reeperbahn. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a comfy double bed, 160 x 200 cm. The mattress is high quality and rather hard, very well suited for heavy people. In the large living and dining room there is a comfortable sofa bed on which two more people can sleep. Here the lying surface is rather medium-hard to soft. This can accommodate a maximum of four people - but note: the living room is a walk-through room to the bedroom, so privacy is restricted in groups. The apartment is also particularly suitable for two persons travelling together, but not wanting to sleep in one bed. In the kitchen area of the apartment there is a breakfast and dining table that seats up to four people. I am a commercial provider. The apartment offered here is a commercial space and not housing. I operate a business subject to VAT registered with the Hamburg-Mitte Economic and Regulatory Office - if necessary, I also gladly write invoices, including accommodation VAT, because Airbnb's accommodation receipt does not reflect VAT.
