The space LOCATION: Located in the Aigle Noir residence, north side, secured with "Aigle Noir" guard in Villeneuve la Salle, Serre Chevalier 1400. The studio is located at the foot of the ski slopes, you will find opposite (50 meters) the Casse du Bœuf chairlift 50 meters away, the E.S.F. gathering, the Fréjus and Aravet cable car are 150 meters away. "You leave and arrive with your skis on" Many nearby businesses: Bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, ski rental, Pub, tourist office, cinema, dry cleaning. Also indoor municipal swimming pool, ice rink, thermal baths. AMENITIES: Comfortable type 1 studio, accommodating 2 adults and 2 children, equipped with two double beds, a 140 cm bed on the mezzanine, a pull-out sofa bed in the main room. Not recommended for 4 adults. You have many amenities, glass-ceramic hobs, flat screen TV, hi-fi, DVD, coffee maker with pods, raclette machine, fondue services (Savoyard & Burgundian) for your après-ski evening, microwave, toaster, kettle, top fridge, The bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. A private ski locker in a secure common room as well as a secure bicycle room. A private south-facing garden is located at the back of the studio from where you can ski in winter and directly on the hiking trails in summer. The residence has private parking facilities. The keys can be handed over 24 hours a day thanks to a coded key box, allowing you to arrive in the studio day or night. No more schedule constraints*! Guest access You have a studio on the ground floor on the north side, for the winter, a ski locker located in the residence is provided, in summer you have a secure bicycle room. Private parking at the residence is available. When you book, a memento will be sent to you by email to find the residence, you will find other "tips" to perfect your stay ;-) Other things to note We have set up a key safe allowing vacationers to arrive and leave with schedules according to their convenience*. *(In agreement with the owner) It should be noted that the studio has an area of 18 m2, ideal for two adults and possibly two children, the latter being equipped with 2 double beds. The height of the mezzanine accommodating the double bed is 86 cm high to the ceiling. The height of the living room under the mezzanine is 190 cm. Linens can be rented (sheets, bath towels and hand towels, washcloths) for the sum of €20 per person. Please let us know when booking.
