Perfect studio for a couple to enjoy the beach and the city. Located 2 minutes walk from Parede beach and 2 minutes walk from the train to Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais. There are 2 studios on the property, for guests. The pool is shared with the two guests of the second studio and with the hosts who live on the property. Guest access Guests can enjoy the studio, an outdoor space with table and chairs, an outdoor shower with hot water and the swimming pool. Other things to note Insect and Wildlife Info: Our home is located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, lovebugs or other bugs. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside our home.
