House Sanctuary on the Chesapeake

We follow the CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting the house. Spacious house on a quiet, private beach offers spectacular sunsets & relaxation with friends & family. Enjoy fishing, swimming, evening bon-fires and more. Main house accomadates 6+; apartment above garage sleeps add'l 4+ (separate listing) The space You can't beat a waterfront sunset! The large main house (Approx 2300 sq feet) is set facing the bay and with ample open space, windows and sunlight. There is a master bedroom with adjoining full bath along with additional bedrooms that each have two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full guest bathroom. There is plenty of dining seating available as well as a very large living room and sunroom/family room, which faces the bay and has panoramic views. An outdoor private shower and large yard with two picnic tables for outdoor BBQs completes the enjoyment before stepping down to the private beachfront where one can relax, kick back, and in the evenings, enjoy a bonfire under the stars. Don't choose this place if you don't want to relax and enjoy. Guest access Main House guests are given a passcode to enter the garage and separate access to Main house. Fishing rods, beach toys, beach chairs, grills and washer/dryer are available for use in the garage (shared w/apt. guests). Guests welcome to bring their paddleboards and kayaks and launch those from our beach. Other things to note There is a separate apartment over the garage available for rental. It has it's own access on the side of the house. Guests have access to the garage (below apartment) for laundry and beach accessories. The apartment has a bedroom with adjoining full bath and a large living room/efficiency kitchen area with a dining table, sink, microwave, refrigerator and a pullout futon and sofa.
