The space Whether you are travelling for work or leisure, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kick back on the sofa and watch your favourite program on the Netflix-ready TV. While the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, there are plenty of windows that allow a gentle breeze to flow through. For those working remotely, a dedicated study desk allows you to easily catch up on work or respond to emails. Start your morning with a latte from Toby's Estate Coffee right downstairs before whipping up some eggs and bacon in the fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with modern appliances and basic essentials to get you started. There is seating for two at the counter. The premium king-sized bed comes topped with hotel-quality linens, ready for you to sink into, while a portable fan and heater keep things comfortable. There is plenty of space to unpack and hang your belongings in the wardrobe. The bathroom contains a full-sized shower and large vanity. Essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bath mat and hair dryer are all supplied, along with fresh bath towels. In unit laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and iron. There is parking for one vehicle in the secure underground car park. The sofa bed will be set up for groups of more than two guests. For two guests or fewer, there is an $80 fee for setup, which includes linens and towels. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the sofa bed, as it won't be prepared otherwise.
